Eating Disorder Week
February 6-12

The National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) is a Canadian, non-profit organization dedicated to providing information and resources on eating disorders and weight preoccupation.

The NEDIC Real Me Experience is a new interactive website on self-esteem and body image. The program was developed to help young women understand themselves better. The connection between how we think and feel about ourselves and how we behave is explored.

If you, or someone you know, is struggling with an eating disorder or is preoccupied with weight and dieting, please read our Give & Get Help section for valuable information and resources.

The Random Acts of Kindness™ Foundation inspires people to practice kindness and to “pass it on” to others. We provide free educational and community ideas, guidance, and other resources to kindness participants through our website at www.actsofkindness.org.

There are many ways to encourage kindness in your workplace. This resource is available to help generate creative ideas. Why don’t you start spreading random acts of kindness in your workplace and with your co-workers?
